Product Journey Manager Als Product Journey Manager zorg je voor een complete en consistente productreis van het productassortiment. Je trekt de juiste klanten aan, helpt hen kiezen en zorgt ervoor dat ze het juiste product kopen. Je schakelt snel, behoudt het overzicht en maakt keuzes die het verschil maken. Zo maak je Coolblue elke dag een beetje beter.Wat doe je als Product Journey Manager bij Coolblue?Als Product Journey Manager bepaal je welke informatie écht telt voor klanten in hun zoektocht en verwerk je dit in de productreis. Je zorgt ervoor dat productinformatie klopt en duidelijk op de site staat, zodat klanten nooit om de tuin worden geleid. Je doet zoekwoordonderzoek om SEO-resultaten en verkeer te verbeteren en ontdekt nieuwe kansen in het assortiment. Je werkt samen met Media Consultants, Commercial Product Managers en Product Redacteuren om de klantreis steeds slimmer te maken. Zo help je klanten sneller het juiste product te vinden en maak je het team elke dag een beetje beter.* Contentpagina’s bijwerken zodat klanten de juiste keuze kunnen maken.* SEO-strategieën bedenken die zorgen voor meer organisch verkeer.* Navigatie en filters aanpassen om klanten sneller naar hun product te leiden.* Storefronts bouwen en onderhouden met advies dat écht helpt.* Klantgedrag analyseren om conversie en klanttevredenheid te verhogen.Hier herken jij jezelf in* Een afgeronde wo-opleiding in de richting van Commercie of Marketing.* Minimaal een jaar ervaring in een klantreisgerichte functie* De Nederlandse taal beheers je tot in de puntjes.* Goed met cijfers. Je weet data te vertalen naar concrete inzichten en actiepunten. * Verkoopkansen herken je als geen ander want je bent strategisch en commercieel.* Ambitieus in het stellen van doelstellingen en het pakken van de verantwoordelijkheid om dit te realiseren.* Inleven in klanten om hun (product)behoeften te achterhalen.Dit zoek jij verder in een baan* Geld.* Ongekend goede werksfeer.
