About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Sales to play a pivotal role in the transformation of its commercial strategy for the Enterprise segment in North America. The successful candidate will be a key member of the professional leadership team, responsible for driving growth and leading a team of high-level sellers who serve the largest customers. This executive will be at the forefront of a shift towards enterprise, value-based customer engagement, and will be tasked with modernizing the go-to-market strategy, driving the adoption of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions, and elevating sales performance standards. The role demands a forward-thinking, results-driven leader with a proven track record in SaaS or subscription-based models, who can lead through influence, and sustain a culture of accountability and high performance. Applicants for the Vice President, Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in driving revenue growth through value-based, solution selling, and a deep understanding of commercial levers such as ARR growth, CAC efficiency, and margin optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead large, hybrid sales organizations through transformation, and experience in collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and revenue operations. Expertise in Salesforce and data-driven sales management practices is essential. The role is highly visible and field-oriented, demanding a leader who can translate insight into action, and who is adept at fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
