About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Research and Development to lead the integration of AI into its expanding growth products. This technical leadership role demands a visionary with a strong background in people management, hands-on software development, and a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and the multi-tooled AI ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a continuous flow of product research and development, with a focus on improving existing products, enhancing web and cloud capabilities, and embedding AI into both the products and the engineering practice. This includes leading the shift from AI experimentation to AI at scale, ensuring responsible data governance, and inspiring a diverse team of developers and managers. Applicants for the Vice President of Research and Development position at the company should be prepared to make a significant impact by translating business goals into actionable development plans, ensuring the timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects, and providing strategic direction for product development activities.
