As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail and mall destination, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to guests, tenants, and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:30 PMWed03:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations in accordance with site procedures. Assist with access control and visitor interactions, including providing directions, answering questions, and reporting unauthorized access concerns. Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
