As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Facility Observation in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. You will communicate professionally, report concerns, and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately through required reports and communication systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
