As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a premier retail and mall location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, assist guests and tenants, communicate clearly, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM Tue: 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM Sat: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM Sun: 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and retail patrons by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and surrounding property to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures. Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and assist with directing visitors, deliveries, and vendors in accordance with site requirements. Prepare clear, timely activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
