As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Premises Patrol in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, building entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly residential environment.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city-issued security-related license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
