Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and goals.
• Design and implement treatment plans utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modern equipment.
• Continuously monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatments, assisting them in understanding their health conditions and rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment effectiveness within our electronic health record system.
• Provide guidance and training for patients, caregivers, and other health care team members on using assistive devices and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Atlantic Physical Therapy, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and post-rehabilitation care. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
