Job Description

Join a leading company in the electrical construction industry, known for its excellence in design-build electrical construction and 24/7 on-demand support. As a technician, you will be part of a dynamic team in the shop fabrication department, working on measuring and cutting materials to specification, and performing general labor tasks. Most of the work will involve mig welding 2x2.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut various materials to specification in the pre-fab department.
• Perform general labor tasks within the warehouse environment.
• Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.
• Assist in the assembly, packing, and palletizing of products.
• Operate machinery for production and fabrication processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using a tape measure.
• Experience with electrical components and blueprints.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail for working on parts in the fabrication department

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience utilizing hand tools.
• Ability to perform general production and mechanical tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a pre-fab and warehouse environment that is not climate controlled, but maintains a moderate temperature. The shift hours are from 6am to 2:30pm. If running overtime, 4:30pm. Some saturdays

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MOORESVILLE, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
