Business Development Manager

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies. Support account planning, relationship management, and cross-functional initiatives that contribute to revenue growth. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related client-facing role. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and move prospects through the sales cycle. Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights to support decision-making. Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
