Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. - Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and support budgeting efforts. - Participate in audits and assist with documentation and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required. - 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management. - Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
