Member of Technical Staff

Responsibilities

• Build and present AI technology demonstrations and proofs of concept for customers.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to customer needs.
• Add features to the internal ML platform and resolve platform bugs.
• Integrate and enable new machine learning models on the platform or in customer environments.
• Improve the performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models and applications.
• Work directly with customers through engagements, proofs of concept, and deployments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, completed within the last 12 months or expected before the start date.
• Strong skills working with AI coding harnesses.
• Practical software engineering experience through internships, research projects, open-source contributions, or substantial personal projects.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or other machine learning models through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and interest in direct customer interaction.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
• Preferred: experience fine-tuning models using supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, or RFT.
• Preferred: experience shipping a full-stack or agentic application end to end.
• Preferred: understanding of generative AI, machine learning principles, and cloud or enterprise infrastructure.
• Preferred: familiarity with inference serving, evaluation, or RAG systems.
