. This employee independently researches, and gathers data and prepares reports. Initiates special projects and provides guidance to assist in achieving the goals of the service center. Performs a variety of complex secretarial and administrative support functions requiring independent judgement. Support office by organizing, moving, and stocking supplies or other materials as assigned. Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years of secretarial or clerical work experience required.

College education from an accredtited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required work experience. Vocational/technical training in the area of secretarial science or office/business studies can substitute at the rate of 720 classroom hours for each year of the required work experience. A high school diploma or its equivalent can substitute for one year of the required work experience.

Preferences: Experience, education or training in recruitment and selection activities.
