Staffing Coordinator (Allentown)

Our client is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support onboarding, offboarding, and workforce administration activities. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter or staffing professional who possesses strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across HR, IT, vendors, and business teams.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule:
• Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Allentown, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors
• Document and maintain onboarding processes and workflows
• Set up new hires in HRIS systems
• Partner with HR regarding background checks, drug screenings, and start-date readiness
• Coordinate hardware requests and system access with IT and business support teams
• Track onboarding progress and IT ticket status for new hires
• Ensure completion of required onboarding documentation and training
• Provide new hire instructions for systems, accounts, and required software
• Manage timesheets, attendance, compliance, and audit-related activities
• Handle sensitive and confidential employee information appropriately
• Escalate HR, onboarding, or technical issues as needed
• Support offboarding documentation and processes
• Perform additional administrative and staffing support duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, onboarding, HR operations, or workforce administration
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus
