About the Role: The Service Business Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding service offerings within the organization. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance service delivery. The coordinator will analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic initiatives that align with company goals. By collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and service teams, the role ensures seamless execution of business development plans. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or a related role within a service-oriented industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to analyze data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
