Outside Sales Account Manager
Location: Mobile, AL 36609 (On-Site, Relocation Assistance Provides) Employment Type: Fulltime
Profitable selling, marketing, and promoting the companys extensive products and services to both current and potential customers. Executing a disciplined sales process with all assigned accounts, managing the entire lifecycle from initial inquiry and quotation through close, delivery, and follow-up. Facilitating customer-focused training events such as technical classes, lunch meetings, and business-related presentations. Providing prompt responses and exceptional customer service for all sales orders, keeping track of statuses and customer requirements. Ensuring close communication and collaboration with internal resources, including Inside Sales, Procurement, Accounting, and Product Specialists.
Required: Proven sales experience in Pipe, Valves, Fittings and Industrial Supplies is required. 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or CRM systems is ideal, with experience in Solar Eclipse being heavily preferred.
