If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and growing your career, Bergstrom is the place for you.What You'll DoGuest Reception: Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.Phone Management: Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed.Guest Service: Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area. Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait.Coordination: Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.Schedule: Part-Time, Variable HoursMonday–Thursday 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (not scheduled every weekday)Every other Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PMEvery other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay starting at $15.00 / hour based on experience. Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday!What We're Looking ForExperience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems.Guest Service Orientation: A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.Our Commitment to YouAt Bergstrom Automotive, we value our team members and are dedicated to providing a supportive and rewarding workplace.
