Overview
A growing and well-established organization within the flexible packaging and industrial films sector is conducting a confidential search for a Territory Sales Representative to support strategic business development initiatives across key customer markets within the Northeast and Midwest regions.
This is a fully remote, individual contributor role reporting directly to senior sales leadership. The organization is seeking a motivated sales professional capable of developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships within existing manufacturing and converter accounts.
The position offers significant autonomy, direct visibility to leadership, and long-term growth potential within a stable and expanding distribution-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Territory Development & Business Growth: develop and execute territory growth strategies across assigned regional markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within manufacturing, converting, and industrial accounts
- Build relationships with purchasing, operations, and executive-level decision-makers
- Maintain consistent prospecting, networking, and customer engagement activity Sales Execution & Account Management
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and ongoing account support
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying expansion opportunities
Effectively position film and flexible packaging solutions within competitive market environments
Maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with territory growth objectives Remote Territory Management
Operate independently within a fully remote structure while maintaining strong accountability and communication
Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer reporting
Coordinate closely with internal operations, customer service, and leadership teams. Represent the organization professionally within the marketplace and at industry-related events when required
Maintain awareness of market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activity within the films and flexible packaging sector Qualifications
3 7 years of B2B sales experience within industrial manufacturing, films, packaging, converting, or related industries
Prior exposure to polyester, BOPP, PET, PE, laminations, flexible packaging films, or converting-related products strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships independently
Experience operating successfully within a remote territory structure
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven professional mindset
