We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! Seeking a dedicated RN to function as 2pm-1030pm RN supervisor. Monday through Friday position. Rotating call schedule. The RN Supervisor is a Licensed Nurse who functions both as a supervisor and manager to provide quality care and services to our residents.. This individual is expected to assume the responsibility for his/her health care delivery and to supervise the work of other employees. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of resident care fostering both interdepartmental and intradepartmental cooperation. He/She communicates pertinent information to Administration, Physicians, Families, Consultants, and other service providers. Qualifications: Dedicated to providing high quality care. Graduate of an approved school of nursing Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse. Demonstration of leadership ability. Displays caring attitude towards residents. Works well with people. Show enthusiasm and motivation. Demonstrates the ability to verbally communicate resident status/changes in condition.
