Experience: Minimum 3 years OR or surgical tech experience; prior travel experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $62.47

Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room for various surgeries including neurosurgery, spine, orthopedics, and complex general surgeries such as bariatrics

Assist with preoperative assessments, patient positioning, and equipment setup

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to ensure safe, efficient procedures

Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to safety protocols

Respond effectively to intraoperative needs and emergencies

Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)

Support turnaround times and contribute to patient comfort and safety

What You Need:

Required:

• Ohio RN licensure
• Minimum 3 years OR or surgical tech experience
• BCLS certification
• Ability to work nights, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• EPIC system experience
• Experience with trauma, neuro, ENT, GU, plastics, burns
• Prior travel nursing background
