Shift Manager

Overview The Shift Manager is focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, Guest, people & operations. The Shift Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager by managing successful shift operations and ensuring daily goals are met. Oversee day-to-day operations during scheduled shifts to maintain store standards and guest satisfaction. Lead restaurant team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards. Qualifications Experience in restaurant operations or a related leadership role preferred. Ability to supervise a team, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively. Full-time availability with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
