Project Engineer Sr - Level 3

This role is part of the Skunk Works Flight Test Engineering team, providing support in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Job Title: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Flight Test Project Engineer Sr – Level 3 (CAM) In this role, you will serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for a specific program. Your responsibilities include leading, planning, budgeting, and managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance for each assigned Control Account. You will work closely with the Flight Test Lead and Test Team to ensure that program business rhythms provide the appropriate visibility required to monitor program performance and complete all applicable tasks and actions in accordance with EVMS requirements. You must be aware of all EVMS issues for assigned control accounts and implement corrective actions to address root causes. Some shift work, extended hours, weekend work, and travel may be required. Basic Qualifications Demonstrated experience in leading projects from development to execution while meeting cost and schedule constraints Previous CAM or CAM delegate experience Previous proposal, BOE, and/or negotiations experience Risk and Opportunity Management experience Experience in affordability initiatives or projects Desired Skills College degree Familiarity with Flight Test programs Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams Proposal development Configuration management Positive customer interactions Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance and must be a US Citizen. Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within five years.
