Lead Transformation, Not EventsIf you’re a true Lean leader , you already know the difference, anyone can run Kaizen events. Very few can **transform a site, influence senior leadership, and deliver sustained results. **That’s exactly what this role is built for.
Why This Role Will Stand Out to You - This isn’t a “support” CI role. You willown the transformation agenda.
Direct line to the Site Director and leadership team
Full responsibility for shaping and driving the site’s Lean strategy
Authority to influence what gets worked on—and what doesn’t
A mandate to deliver real, measurable business impact (not activity metrics)
If you’ve ever been frustrated by:
Leadership that “talks Lean” but doesn’t commit
Kaizen events that don’t stick
CI roles with no real influence
…this is the environment you’ve been looking for.
What You’ll Actually Do Own the Transformation- Build and drive a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy (Hoshin Kanri)
Partner directly with the Site Director to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities
Drive measurable gains across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth
Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow, constraint removal, and cost transformation
Target high-volume, high-revenue value streams where results matter most
Ensure every initiative delivers hard, tracked results—not theoretical improvements
Challenge leadership teams when needed—and bring them along
Embed Lean thinking into daily decisions, not just projects
Ensure sustainability through standard work, daily management, and accountability systems
Develop operators, supervisors, and leaders into capable problem solvers
Coach the organization on how to think, not just what to do
Create a pipeline of future Lean leaders across the site
You’re not just certified. You’ve delivered results:

You push for impact over activity
Lean systems experience (TPS, Danaher, etc.)
Advanced problem-solving and analytics (SPC, regression, hypothesis testing)
Change leadership credentials (PROSCI, Agile, etc.)
This role is for someone who wants to:
Own a transformation—not just participate in one
Build something that actually lasts
Operate as a true strategic partner , not a support function
If you’re already succeeding where you are—but know you could have greater impact in the right environment —this is that opportunity.
Required Competencies, Education, and Experience:
