Why Join Us Competitive pay ($45-55/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals What You'll Do Consult and implement positive behavior interventions and supports for the students Conduct functional behavior assessments Consult, communicate, and work cooperatively with teams to provide appropriate programming for students Implement positive behavior interventions and supports to support student progress, reinforcing positive behaviors, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and redirecting inappropriate behaviors May be required to use restrictive procedures What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master'sDegree in Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Related Field Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4) OR Active BCBA license in Minnesota Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
