We have a traditional 401(k) plan with profit sharing options. Plus more! The role of the Project Manager is to oversee construction projects from pre-construction planning through to completion. Success will be measured by the incumbent’s effective and efficient management of cost, quality and timely completion of projects. The scope of a Project Manager’s work varies based on a variety of factors. Essential Duties of the Project Manager role include but are not limited to: Communicate effectively and regularly with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies and all other project stakeholders. Prepare project schedule(s) and drive project to meet deadlines consistently. Manage execution of contracts, change orders and other legal and project-related documents. Negotiates and manages cost proposals. Perform financial analysis of project (cost-to-complete). Prepares monthly job status reports to communicate to senior management. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local and other regulations as they pertain to assigned project(s).
