You'll use creativity, compassion, and clinical expertise to restore function and quality of life.Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental barriers to functionDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity strength/mobility, cognition, and adaptive skillsProvide hands-on therapy interventions to restore independence and promote safetyRecommend and train on assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and environmental modificationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person careEducate patients and caregivers on techniques for long-term success at home and in the communityDocument evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans accurately and in a timely mannerThis role is perfect for someone who:Is passionate about helping others regain function and independenceEnjoys working in a team that values support, innovation, and clinical excellenceBrings compassion, creativity, and problem-solving to each patient interactionQualificationsBachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programActive state license (or eligibility) as an Occupational TherapistStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsA patient-first mindset with a drive to make meaningful, lasting changeNew grads welcome!
