ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2010 and is a team of four who are competitive, focused, and committed to delivering strong results. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a banker. I was inspired by several insurance agents I looked up to, which ultimately led me to pursue this career and build an agency of my own. I’m a big family person with three children and a very close-knit family. Faith, family, Farm, and friends are the values that guide both my life and leadership style. I’m also a proud Mississippi State supporter. I stay involved in the community through Rotary and my church, believing that strong local connections make a meaningful difference. We offer PTO, a Simple IRA, and a strong focus on work-life balance. While we work hard and hold high standards, we also make sure to support one another along the way. Our office culture is competitive, detailed, and number-focused—but we also know how to have fun. Kevin Flurry - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
