Client Onboarding Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing team, the full-time Client Onboarding Specialist will manage client onboarding processes, including content migration and personalized training, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Partner with sales teams to ensure successful client setup and onboarding Identify and address potential client pain points proactively Manage multiple onboarding projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction Required qualifications: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus Experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, customer success, or account management Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects Proactive and organized, with a focus on independent work Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, and Confluence is advantageous
