Job Title

Pay Range: $15hr - $20hr

Requirement/Must Have

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment used to manufacture products.
• Assembles, checks, and inspects products against departmental procedures.
• Responsible for recognizing product or equipment problems that arise during the manufacturing process and escalating to Line Lead or Supervisor.
• May be required to assist with the set-up and the clean-up of manufacturing equipment.
• Active participation in Lean Initiatives.
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
• Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the companys policies and practices.
• Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job.
• Has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility.
• Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
• Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation, and effectiveness of Quality.
• Perform other duties and projects, as assigned.

Skills

• Management System per ISO.
• FDA compliance.

Education and Experience

• Must be physically able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Candidate may conduct repetitive movements including push/pull moving of product as needed.
• No heavy lifting is required.
• Area does require occasional bending, stooping, and movement of completed product from one area to another.
• Comfortable closed toe shoes are required.
