Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and progress.

• Continually evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed based on regular assessments of client progress.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n
