Come Join an Inclusive Team This role will have primary responsibility supporting the Sales organization with various analytical support including LRP, Plan vs Actual, COM, SalesForce, BW, Pricing, etc. Additionally, this role will have a dozen small volume "stream" accounts in the Greater Houston area as well as some distribution sales accounts. This is a developmental role that will be used for training individuals to become full time outside sales Account Managers managing territories across the US. A Day in the Life Analytical/Results Oriented- can analyze data quickly and efficiently using advanced tools such as Excel (pivot tables), Power BI, SAP, etc. and present findings Self-motivated - driven to operate and function independently at a high level Persistent - Demonstrate an appropriate level of tenacity when pursuing leads and closing the sale Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to foster trust and develop close personal relationships, quickly building rapport and maintaining customer engagement Time management - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and activities effectively and efficiently; self-schedule Professionalism - Ability to present oneself in an appropriate manner as the 'Face of LyondellBasell' Engagement - Ability to sustain a high level of energy and drive You Bring This Value Bachelor's degree required. Approximately two (2) years of work experience with prior roles in Supply Chain or Procurement is highly preferred. Would also accept experience in Sales, Analytics and/or Engineering Desire to become an Account Manager managing sales territories in various areas of the US. Available to work after-hours (occasionally) Willing to travel up to 15% Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Sciences preferred. Mobility preferred Ability to perform a value-assessment (cost or margin analysis) on new opportunities preferred.
