Sales Administrative Analyst

Sales Analyst Mustang Cat is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our Power Systems Division. The role involves maintaining accurate customer and equipment records, supporting internal reporting, and assisting with administrative processes that keep the sales organization running efficiently. The hiring range for this role is $50,000-$60,000. Responsibilities Create and maintain customer accounts within internal systems and assist with registration and setup of Caterpillar applications Maintain alignment between Caterpillar systems and dealer records through accurate data management and reporting Perform high-volume data entry to support sales operations, including registering Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) and maintaining accurate system records Run and distribute standard reports to support internal performance tracking and Caterpillar metrics Support management of Cat Sales Excellence metrics, including OLGA, Connectivity/Condition Monitoring, and incremental STUs Process equipment orders and support inventory tracking and administrative management of equipment records Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate billing documentation is maintained Identify opportunities to improve internal administrative processes and implement operational efficiencies within the sales support function Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred Minimum of 2 years of industry-related or administrative support experience Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Strong customer service background with a collaborative mindset Professional verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Benefits Great Work-Life Balance On-Premise Clinic Tuition Reimbursement Vast Growth Opportunities Leadership Development Job Stability with a leading Texas-based Caterpillar dealership Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Employer Matching Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays Mustang Cat is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mustang Cat
