Inside Sales Representative

Support CBTS's inside sales team by prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating client conversations across our portfolio. Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring a healthy pipeline for the inside sales team. Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, document requirements, and pass qualified opportunities to senior sales colleagues. Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) for all prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline stages. Support senior sales professionals with proposal preparation, presentation materials, and client follow-up communications. Develop fluency in CBTS's IT services, cloud, networking, and managed services portfolio to clearly articulate value propositions. Participate in ongoing training programs, sales enablement sessions, and product certification pathways to accelerate professional development. Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and provide feedback on lead quality. What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting monthly qualified lead generation targets Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 0-4 years of relevant experience (new graduates and those with up to 4 years welcome) Foundational knowledge of CRM tools, with Salesforce experience a plus Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Any product certifications, Salesforce Trailhead basics, or relevant vendor fundamentals (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus Who You'll Work With Internally, you'll partner closely with the Inside Sales Team, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering.
