Role Summary
This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.
Shift Details: 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-3:30pm Friday
Location: Candidate to be located within a 30-mile radius of Cincinnati, OH
Responsibilities:
- Supervises daily inside sales activities to improve pipeline conversion, quote-to-order execution, and customer follow-through across assigned workstreams.
- Monitors sales activity, forecast, conversion, and service metrics to identify trends, manage risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Develops dashboards and operating cadences that improve activity execution, pipeline integrity, and forecast inputs.
- Drives adoption of standardized sales processes, customer relationship management discipline, and digital or AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, productivity, and decision quality.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align lead management, campaign follow-up, customer outreach, and issue resolution with commercial priorities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Skills and Knowledge:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, business development, or a related field required.
- Certification in Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM), Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL), 340B program fundamentals, or equivalent preferred.
