ABOUT THIS JOB

We’re looking for a Content Creator to bring our brand to life through high-impact short-form content. You’ll develop, script, and produce videos. You’ll serve as the on‑camera voice. You’ll help build an engaged social community while turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories. If you’re creative, trend‑savvy, and data‑driven, this role is for you. You should thrive in fast‑paced environments and work well with a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture and document real, day‑to‑day company moments (meetings, calls, wins, challenges) and turn them into compelling short‑form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that tells the story of building the business. Develop, script, and produce high‑impact content while also serving as the on‑camera personality, making complex insurance topics clear, engaging, and relatable. Plan, manage, and execute a consistent content calendar across platforms, balancing trend‑driven ideas with authentic, non‑scripted storytelling. Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, applying them in a way that feels natural to the brand. Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to continuously refine strategy, improve reach, and maximize impact. Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, fostering conversations, and building a strong online community. Work closely with the founder and team on a daily basis to capture content, align on messaging, and grow the brand’s presence.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Strong on‑camera presence with the ability to communicate naturally, confidently, and engagingly. Proven ability to develop, shoot, and edit short‑form video content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Solid understanding of short‑form, raw/documentary‑style content and what makes content compelling vs. ignorable. Proficiency in basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) with an eye for creating polished, platform‑ready content. Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and internet culture, with strong instincts for timely and relevant content. Creative storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, digestible narratives. Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and analytics tools to refine and improve content strategy. Ability to work quickly and adapt in fast‑paced environments, capturing and producing content in real time. Self‑starter who is proactive, highly motivated, and comfortable both working independently and collaborating with a team. Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to share ideas, take initiative, and move quickly.
