A brand new veterinary hospital opening in Fall 2026 in West Point, Utah is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to lead the development and clinical direction of the practice. The hospital will operate with a structured daytime schedule designed to support both general practice and urgent care services. The schedule will be developed collaboratively with the incoming Lead Veterinarian to ensure consistent access to care for patients while maintaining a balanced and sustainable working routine for the veterinary team.
The Lead Veterinarian will play a central role in establishing the hospital's clinical standards, team culture, and operational success. This position blends clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to deliver high-quality veterinary medicine while guiding the development of a growing veterinary team. Responsibilities include performing general practice medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery while mentoring veterinarians and support staff as the team expands.
