The Landing w/ Pizza 9 is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, guest satisfaction, and driving sales. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high food and service standards, and achieving financial goals.ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily restaurant operations, including dining room, bar, kitchen, and catering activities.Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers.Create and maintain employee schedules while managing labor costs.Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns.Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.Analyze financial reports, control expenses, and drive profitability.Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and community engagement programs.Lead staff meetings and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.Ensure compliance with company policies, liquor regulations, and food safety standards.Support special events, promotions, game-day activities, and community events.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service restaurant, sports bar, or hospitality environment.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of increasing sales and managing costs.Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or business is a plus.Preferred TraitsEnergetic and guest-focused.Strong team builder and mentor.Results-driven with a sense of ownership.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Passion for sports, community involvement, and hospitality.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance -based bonus opportunities.Employee meal discounts.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Why Join The Landing w/ Pizza 9?The Landing w/ Pizza 9 is a locally owned destination for great food, drinks, sports, and community events.
