Patient Services CoordinatorComprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) is seeking a dependable and organized Patient Services Coordinator to support our Naperville and Joliet clinics. This position will split time between both locations based on clinic scheduling and operational needs.In this medical front-office position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and help keep both clinics running smoothly. Primary responsibilities include welcoming patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, completing patient registration, verifying insurance information and supporting the clinical team.This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, can manage multiple priorities and is comfortable working at two clinic locations.ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients, families and visitors and assist with check-inAnswer incoming calls and respond to patient questions professionallySchedule, confirm and coordinate patient appointmentsEnter and update patient demographics and insurance informationVerify insurance coverage and communicate patient financial responsibilitiesCollect required consent forms, HIPAA acknowledgments and other patient documentationCoordinate patient flow and help clinicians remain on scheduleScan, organize and maintain accurate patient recordsAssist with routine billing and administrative responsibilitiesCommunicate with referral sources and internal departmentsMaintain an organized, professional and welcoming front-office environmentProvide consistent administrative support at both the Naperville and Joliet clinicsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong customer-service and communication skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to manage several responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentComfort using computers, office equipment and data-entry systemsDependable attendance and availability to work the complete Monday–Friday day-shift scheduleReliable transportation and the ability to work at both the Naperville and Joliet locationsAuthorization to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsAt least one year of front-desk, administrative or patient-service experienceExperience in a medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic or other outpatient settingExperience with patient scheduling, registration or insurance verificationFamiliarity with electronic health record or patient-management systemsKnowledge of medical terminologyHealthcare experience is preferred but not required.
