Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Join our team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in our hospital-based anesthesia practice. You will work collaboratively in a care team model with anesthesiologist support, providing exceptional care to adult patients. Enjoy a flexible schedule, with no call requirements, in a facility utilizing Epic EMR.

• Assignment Type : Locum Tenens
• Setting : Hospital / Affiliated Surgery Centers
• Start Date : ASAP (7/13 or 7/20-ish)
• Schedule : 4x10s M-F 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, occasionally 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM; open to 5x10s or 3x12s / 4x12s, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM)
• Patient Population : Adults
• Location : Winchester, VA
• Stipends : Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates

• Provide anesthesia care using a 1:4 care team model
• Perform daily EP coverage running multiple rooms
• Handle a variety of cases including EP, Endo, Ortho, and Limited OB
• Occasionally float to affiliated surgery centers based on staffing needs

• NBCRNA Certified
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications by AHA
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
• Open to licensing in Virginia

• Full-time weekly coverage, with consideration for 2-3 weeks/month availability
• Holiday coverage required around holidays

• Proficiency in general anesthesia, spinal, and epidural techniques preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR (EPIC training required if unfamiliar)
• Capable of handling varying patient loads and procedure types
