A dedicated team supports your success and ensures a smooth credentialing process.What You'll Do:Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations, managing treatments for adult patients.Support hospital inpatient and ER consults related to blood disorders and cancers.Administer targeted therapies, including immunotherapy, IVIG, IV iron, and injections.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NP and virtual hematologist support.Participate in tumor board meetings and outpatient clinic workflows.Assist with urgent patient needs, including supervision during clinic as needed.Manage patient follow-ups, new patient assessments, and treatment planning.What You Need:Active PA medical license (or be willing to license)Board certification in Hematology and Oncology (double boarded preferred)Fellowship training in Hematology/OncologyExperience with outpatient treatment, infusion procedures, and hospital consultsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbout the Assignment:This role is based at a leading facility in Chambersburg, PA, offering outpatient hematology and oncology care. The provider will see an average of 15 patients/day with a mix of new and follow-up visits. The clinic emphasizes targeted cancer therapies and collaborative patient management, with inpatient consult support provided by hospital staff.
