Management Analyst - Revenue Cycle Reporting

Position Summary Performs specialized professional level administrative, organizational, systems, budgetary and related analysis for Hospital programs and activities. This is an onsite position and does not offer remote opportunities. Job Responsibilities Provide professional analytical and programmatic work, carrying assigned project(s) through from data gathering to completion. Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, data management) to develop and analyze reports. Prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials. Contribute to team goals, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in public or business administration or a similar field, or four (4) years of professional-level experience in administrative, operational, or related analytical studies. Professional-level experience defined as being employed in an exempt/salaried position under the FLSA. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a hospital environment. Minimum 2+ years creating reports involving Revenue Cycle Management. Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, including Billing & Collections, Hospital Accounts Receivable, and 3rd Party Reimbursement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables and data management). Knowledge of public administration principles, federal, state, and local health regulations, basic data sampling and statistical analysis, computer applications, project management, and safety practices. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with diverse personnel. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Mobility to work in a typical office setting and use standard office equipment; stamina to remain standing for long periods; vision and hearing to read printed materials and use a VDT screen; speech and hearing for in-person and telephone communication; strength and agility to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
