Job Description & Requirements Cross Country Education is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support K–12 students in Dearborn, MI, during the 2026–2027 school year. Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 41 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Position Overview Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to K–12 students, including assessments, direct therapy, and IEP-related documentation. Manage an assigned caseload while adapting services to student needs, grade levels, and academic goals. Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to support student communication goals and academic progress. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (LARA) Ability to manage a diverse K–12 caseload and adapt services across varying grade levels Why Join Cross Country Education?
