Partner Enablement Manager

To enhance partner effectiveness, the full-time remote Partner Enablement Manager will build and manage onboarding programs, maintain enablement curricula, and ensure ongoing training for reseller partners in the Fleet Management sector. Key responsibilities Own and run structured onboarding programs for newly signed reseller partners, including technical onboarding and sales training Build and maintain the partner enablement curriculum, including training materials and playbooks tailored to different partner types Act as the internal conduit for partner enablement needs, gathering requirements and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address them Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or channel program management, preferably in B2B SaaS or related fields Proven ability to design and implement structured onboarding programs from scratch Strong program management skills, capable of managing multiple onboarding programs simultaneously Experience building training content and certification programs, with LMS experience being a plus Familiarity with CRM/partner tracking tools, such as Salesforce
