This opportunity is available in Orlando, Jacksonville, or Tampa, Florida.The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters through all phases of the case, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, pre-trial preparation, and trial support. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong legal research and writing skills, and be comfortable managing files independently while working collaboratively with a sophisticated litigation team.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the Florida Bar4+ years of litigation experienceStrong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsExperience managing cases from inception through trialExcellent communication, organizational, and case management abilitiesAdmission in Georgia and/or Alabama is a plus, but not requiredThe firm offers a collegial, team-oriented environment, sophisticated litigation work, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
