• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting

• Patience, adaptability, and a supportive attitude toward students with varied needs
• High school diploma or equivalent (further education or certification a plus)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Willingness to undergo necessary background checks

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting teachers in classroom activities, instruction, and lesson preparation
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
• Helping manage classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with special needs, as directed
• Supervising students during non-classroom times (such as lunch, recess, or transitions)
• Assisting in documenting student progress and communicating with staff about student needs
• Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities as required
