We are currently looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality legal services to individuals in need. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a rewarding legal career with the support of experienced leadership. You will work directly with our Managing Attorney and senior team members who are available to provide ongoing training, guidance, and feedback. What You’ll Do: As an Associate Attorney at The Nunez Law Firm, you will play a vital role in advocating for our clients throughout the legal process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Attending Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) with clients Conducting recorded statements via phone Drafting and electronically filing litigation documents using Florida’s E-Portal Scheduling and coordinating mediations, depositions, and court hearings Managing discovery and responding to motions Maintaining frequent and empathetic communication with clients Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to manage a growing caseload efficiently. What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who is organized, client-focused, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office setting where priorities shift quickly and communication is key. Active membership in the Florida Bar and in good standing (required) At least one year of personal injury experience (preferred) Previous litigation experience (preferred) Proficiency with Florida’s E-Portal, including e-filing, drafting motions, and answering discovery Ability to handle a caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $125,000 annually, based on experience Bonus pay opportunities based on performance Health insurance coverage Paid time off (PTO) Supportive team culture with opportunities for continued learning and growth Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts This is an in-person role based out of our Orlando office If you’re ready to join a firm that values excellence, empathy, and professional development, we would love to hear from you.
