Locations and Shifts Goshen, IN 46528 (RN/LPN) – G‑Tube – Sunday‑Saturday – 1 pm‑5 pm (flexible afternoon times) South Bend, IN 46601 (RN/LPN) – G‑tube, Trach – Sunday – 7 am‑5 pm Munster, IN 46321 (RN/LPN) – G‑tube, Trach – Saturdays and evenings on Sunday – Saturday 2 pm‑9 pm, Sunday 10 am‑5 pm Hobart, IN 46342 (RN/LPN) – G‑tube, Trach, Vent – Thursday and Friday day shifts – 6 am‑2 pm Schererville, IN 46375 (RN/LPN) – G‑tube, Trach – Evening and weekend respite – 4 pm‑7 pm, occasional weekend work Merrillville, IN 46410 (RN/LPN) – G‑tube, Trach – Weekends and PRN – Saturday and Sunday 9 am‑5 pm Kouts, IN 46347 (RN/LPN) – G‑Tube – Weekends and PRN evenings – Weekends (preferably days), PRN evenings after 4 pm Additional openings on request!
