Home Care Office Manager (Growth-Focused)

Position Overview We are a national powerhouse in‑home care practice seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Care Office Manager with a strong track record of driving business growth and managing daily operations in the home care industry. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Track weekly and monthly metrics against growth goals and report to the Director. Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the home care agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Manage staffing needs, including training, orientation, inspiration, and performance evaluation of administrative and caregiving staff. Implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure optimal utilization of caregivers and timely response to client needs. Establish and monitor operational metrics to improve productivity, quality of care, and client satisfaction. Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred but not required. Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in the home care industry, with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth. Strong understanding of home care regulations, policies, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of caregivers. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
