Overview The Customer Service Administrator supports the Evansville service team by providing high-impact administrative and operational support. The role excels at delivering excellent customer service, scheduling daily service calls, coordinating estimate requests, handling customer inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and act as the first point of contact for customers. Schedule service calls and estimates for plumbing services. Communicate scheduling updates to technicians and customers. Provide general support to field technicians as needed. Assist the Accounting team and maintain accurate records. Support technicians with administrative needs to keep jobs moving. Provide direct administrative support to the Evansville Leadership team. Complete special projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Verify correct customer data transfer from the scheduling portal to QuickBooks. Edit customer information in QuickBooks as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or field services environment preferred. High attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management portals. Proficiency in QuickBooks; accounting experience preferred. Quick learner with a positive "can do" attitude. Ability to type and navigate multiple systems quickly. Benefits Competitive hourly pay with scheduled increases as skills progress.
