We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Intern to join our Phoenix team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of commercial finance, sales development, and business growth strategy. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales and business development team to support customer acquisition, partner engagement, and deal pipeline management.

Assist in outbound prospecting to dealers, vendors, and small business owners.

Support sales representatives in preparing proposals and financing solutions.

Research target industries (construction, transportation, material handling, and more) to identify growth opportunities.

Participate in sales calls, team meetings, and training sessions.

Help manage CRM data (Salesforce) by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and lead follow-up.

Learn the fundamentals of equipment finance and lending.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in sales, finance, and entrepreneurship.

Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to contribute.

Hands-on sales and business development experience in a high-growth finance company.

Mentorship and direct exposure to senior leadership in sales, credit, and operations.
